Tom trained at Arts Educational Schools London. He directed and choreographed 'Out Of The Kitchen' (Goldsmiths University), and Co-Directed Word To The Action (Nell of old Drury). He was Assistant Director on Buried Child (Upstairs at the Gatehouse). Tom will be Directing 'Christmas is Miles away' at the Hen and Chickens Theatre with his new Theatre company TREMERS in the Autumn.

"My favorite Shakespeare play is KING LEAR. The theme of a dysfunctional family and its breakdown is something that fascinates me. It has such complex characters, their feelings and actions seem extreme yet all of us have their capabilities. The rawness and and poignancy of the language just excites me and whenever I read or see it I come away with new feelings and tinkering thoughts on the play and it takes me days for the piece to leave my mind!"
